If you’re looking to upgrade or setup your data stack, we offer an option for more complex builds. This option is for more extensive work to get the foundations of your data infrastructure right - allowing for more seamless future automation builds.

How we co‑create and prioritise:
📝 Backlog: We’ll maintain an ongoing backlog of opportunities and issues, viewable in real-time via a custom client portal
📝 Prioritisation: During monthly planning we will evaluate items in terms of impact, effort, and feasibility, then select a realistic set for the month
📝 Outcomes over outputs: We focus on measurable outcomes, not a fixed list of tickets. Scope flexes to hit the agreed outcomes
Keeping in sync:
✅ Bi-weekly sprints: 60‑minute planning session every 2 weeks to align on current pain points, select focus areas, and set concrete outcomes for the sprint.
✅ Weekly check‑ins: 20–30 minutes to review progress, unblock issues, and adjust priorities.
✅ Async communication: Day‑to‑day via a shared Slack/Google Chat channel for quick questions and status updates
✅ Client portal: A shared portal providing real-time visibility into the backlog, in‑flight work, artefacts, and status of all requests. Your team can re-prioritise issues directly via the client portal, although significant changes may warrant discussion and alignment
We have a 3 month minimum commitment period for Intermediate and Advanced builds.
Looking for a one-off solution?
Our clients generally benefit most from our retainer options. However, we also offer fixed project plans, best suited for one-off engagements. Our fixed project plans are priced at S$500 per hour. This option is ideal for well‑defined, discrete projects with clear deliverables—no ongoing commitment required.
If you’re looking to rejig a specific and contained part of your workflow, this might be a suitable option. Some examples of this include: Streamlining the invoicing process, building a CRM, or syncing up a social listening process.
